The Mobile Application ” Le Petit Compendium ” is accessible for download from both the Appstore platform published by Apple Inc. company and Google Play platform published by Google Inc. company .

Le Petit Compendium Internet website and Mobile Application are published by the company Le Petit Compendium inc.

This Application is intended to be used on mobile devices with Android operating system.

The  Application Le Petit Compendium is intended to be used on mobile devices with Android or iOS operating systems.

Le Petit Compendium  is an application that provides an interface displaying the drugs in alphabetical order and are defined by trade name, generic or scientist name. The application informs of the class and the principal indications.


Article 1. definitions

In the Terms of Use, the words or phrases beginning with a capital letter shall have the following meanings:

“Users “ means all persons using the Application.

“Application” or ” Mobile Application ” all mobile Applications.


1 . object

1.1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use define the legal framework for the use of the website and mobile Application  by Users and the relationships that can be established between them and the website or the Application .

Users declare and acknowledge, therefore, to have read these Terms of use and the use of the Service constitutes from the users a complete and unconditional acceptance of all Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use may however be subject to change at any time without notice from Le Petit Compendium inc . The conditions applicable are those in effect on the Applications in use . Consequently, the User must keep informed and consult those Terms of Use at each use.

Certain services or parts of the Website or Application may be submitted to Special Conditions that are specifically indicated as warnings.

Access to these services or parts of the website is from the User the event of acceptance of specific conditions. These Special Conditions are deemed to be part of the conditions of use. The “term of use ” therefore includes the Special Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions, the terms , conditions and mentions of general conditions of use prevailing on the Special Conditions , especially in case of contradiction of documents.


1.3 Entire Agreement

These conditions reflect the entire agreement between the User and Le Petit Compendium inc. regarding access and use of the Application . It supersede all communications and proposals prior or contemporaneous, under electronic, written or oral forms, between the User and Le Petit Compendium inc.

Each User of Le Petit Compendium Application agrees while adhering to these Terms, to respect the privacy of private life in the use of the Application and this, pursuant to the provisions of Articles of the Civil Code.


Article 2  Access to services

The necessary equipment to use the Services (hardware, mobile phone, etc. ). The required software for Internet use, as well as necessary connection to telecommunication services (Internet , SMS , etc.) remain the load and the responsibility of the Users.


Under these conditions, Le Petit Compendium inc. is not responsible for the non-functioning, inability to access , or bad conditions of the Application due to inadequate equipment , internal dysfunctions providing access to the Internet network congestion , and for all other reasons outside Le Petit Compendium inc having the character of an event of “force majeure” as defined by the French courts.

 

Article 3 Use of the Application               

Users are solely responsible for the consequences of using the contents of the Application.

Le Petit Compendium inc. can not be held responsible for the use of services by users.

Le Petit Compendium inc. cannot be held responsible for incomplete or outdated misinformation and its liability cannot  be committed in respect of damage caused thereby.

It is strictly not recommended to substitute a prescription without consulting doctor, pharmacist or medical authority in place.

 

Article 4 Limitation of Liability

The responsibility of Le Petit Compendium cannot be held liable in this cases :

 On the impossibility of total or partial use of the Application in particular in case of access limit resulting from the mobile network coverage of the users .

 Any damage of any kind , direct or indirect resulting of the use of the Le Petit Compendium Application and including any financial loss and  programs and / or mobile device data.

 In case of omissions and / or errors that may contain the Le Petit Compendium Application to which the Application redirects .

Article 5 Intellectual Property Rights

All texts , comments, works , illustrations and images used on the pages of the Application are protected under the law of intellectual property in France and / or the world.

In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property, only the use for private use is authorized to the exclusion of any other use .

Any other use, without prior authorization from Le Petit Compendium  and / or other rights holders constitutes infringement and is punishable under the Intellectual Property .

Reproduction in whole or in part, or all of the elements on the Application Le Petit Compendium of unauthorized services is strictly prohibited.

Le Petit Compendium  is a registered trademark in Canada and in other countries . By any measure it is not possible to reproduce, use or distribute in any way whatsoever, the logo or the name Le Petit Compendium , or terms containing the word Le Petit Compendium inc.

The content of the Services , and in general the Application is protected by the legislation on copyright and international conventions applicable fees . The use of the Application Le Petit Compendium is permitted solely for personal , noncommercial purposes .

Users are forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, commercially exploit and / or distribute in any way.

 

Article 6 Jurisdiction – Applicable law

The language of these Terms of Use is English,  the French version will prevail over all other versions translated into another language.

Any difficulties arising from the interpretation and / or execution of these will be subject to the discretion of the competent Courts .

The only laws applicable to these Terms of Use are Canadians laws.
